Happy intentionally belated brithday to me.
Halloween is my favorite time of year,
and my birthday just so happens to be in October,
so it just makes sense that I'd do something for both it, and Halloween.
The development of this short started with just me modeling a bathtub one morning.
But then I was like. "Wouldn't it be cool if actually did something with this?"
Then I started writing the short.
Yes, this whole thing was made because of a bathtub.
I really liked the cool reflective mirror but it never actually ended up being on screen which sucks.
also, there is no toilet. I just didn't want to model one. I can afford to be lazy, okay? It's my project.
In the script, I noted down the "me" in the short as being named "JIR" instead of just Jess because
I wanted a slight degree of separation between me and the short's version of me.
Also, I added a duplicate model of myself here to play around with the room's scale 'n stuff.
And, I'm not lavender. The unfinished lighting just makes me look like that.
"Bug"
Rai (My partner), affectionally named this creature "Bug"
The design was intentionally meant to be kind of a trope-y as possible, despite that, they're a friend. :]
And finally...
As to what this all means?
i dunno man i just wanted to make something fun
